At a Special General Meeting held in December 2024, the meembership approved the following resolutions to dissolve Reading and District Gardeners’ Mutual Improvement Association.

Reading and District Gardeners’ Mutual Improvement Association shall be dissolved and the act of dissolution shall take place once the requirements as set out in the Constitution and the relevant filings have been made.

The remaining programme of lectures for the 2024-25 Winter programme will be completed.

The subscriptions for the year 2025 shall not be collected.
