Dr Jill Raggett is Emeritus Reader in Gardens and Designed Landscapes at Writtle University. She has devoted her life to encouraging her students to make better spaces for everyone to enjoy. She will be speaking to us about The High Line, built on a historic elevated rail line in New York, which reimagines the role public spaces have in creating connected, healthy neighbourhoods and cities.
