Jane & Terence Lyons have kindly agreed to welcome us to their beautiful garden which has
been transformed over the years back to its original Arts and Crafts origins.
Up to 50 people are welcome, so bring your friends along. Sadly, no refreshments but there may
be a plant stall and all proceeds go to the local St Michael’s Hospice which Jane has been closely
associated with for over 25 years.
Plenty of parking space. See the articles from The English Garden & Country Life Magazines
sent in a separate email.
There are two alternative suggestions you may like to consider for the morning before this visit
both within a very short distance of the venue. West Green House Gardens are always good and
NT members are welcome here although they do charge for parking. Lunches are available but if
any of you decide to meet up here it would be good if you could let me know and I can warn the
café to expect extra visitors.
The other option is The Phoenix Pub which has an excellent reputation and is just opposite the
entrance to The Weirs. Again, perhaps you could let me know if you intend to visit for lunch and
I can forewarn them.
