Alan Power was inspired from an early age to follow a career in the horticultural world. During the past 30 years he has worked in – and managed – some of the most beautiful gardens in Britain: Mount Stewart, Stourhead, Hidcote and Derreen. His long and distinguished career in landscape management and horticultural education has gained him an international reputation and numerous awards.
